Sukiyaki                                 

This was Dad’s favorite dish!  Similar to shabu-shabu, you take your chopsticks and put thinly sliced beef in a hot pot, but this time it is sukiyaki sauce—a sweet sauce.  Once it is cooked, you dip it in raw beaten egg and slurp it up!  It is very good!
